Free the body: free the mind
A workshop that invites you to get to know and become aware of your body and various forms of movement. Helps unlock the body from old postures and movements. familiar in everyday life Increase your options for moving and managing your body in a variety of ways and in a relaxed way. Become aware of your body, muscles, breath, and sensations. that occurs in each moment Strengthen your awareness of changes that occur in your own body and senses more clearly. Including learning to manage stress through the body and breath.
2 hours per session, for individuals or groups of no more than 3 people, 7 sessions
